Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
My goal is to have all orders processed within 3 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
With that said, extenuating circumstances happen (unforeseen order volume, USPS delays, inclement weather), and I promise to communicate with you about any potential delays in processing time.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at email@example.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
As a small business where each item is handmade by me, I'm unable to accept returns at this time. With that said, I care about my customers and want to ensure that you're thrilled with your purchase. Don't hesitate to reach out to me with questions.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
